Susan Czechowski
b.1972, Manhassett, New York I received my B.A. in Art and Art History from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. In 1999 I received my M.F.A. in printmaking from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York. During my summers at Syracuse University, I worked as a masterprinter at Saff and Co., Oxford, Maryland, working on several pieces for the late Roy Lichtenstein. In 2001, I accepted a position in the Department of Art at Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois. I am grateful to be able to have a studio at the Prairie Center of the Arts, Peoria, Illinois. |
